Help with LastLap Driver and LastLap Control, the phone apps of Fleetz Last Mile.
Write to us
support@telematicpro.com. Say which app, your company’s name, your phone (for example “Samsung A54, Android 15”) and what happened. A screenshot helps.
For your routes, orders or sign-in, your company’s office can usually help at once.
Signing in
- LastLap Driver: your username and password come from your company’s office, which makes them on the Fleetz website (Last Mile, Settings, Drivers). There is no sign-up in the app. Forgot your password? Ask the office for a new one; you can change it yourself afterwards (Me, Change my password).
- LastLap Control: sign in as on the Fleetz website: the same sign-in and password, the 6-digit code if two-step sign-in is on, or your company’s Microsoft or Google sign-in.
- The office can sign a phone out at any time, and a new password from the office signs every phone out.
LastLap Driver: common questions
- I can’t see my route. A route shows on My routes once the office sends it out to you, and the phone tells you. Pull down to look again; if it is still not there, ask the office whether it went to you.
- No signal. Keep working: arrivals, deliveries and messages wait on the phone and are sent, with the time they were done, when the signal is back. Steps still waiting are listed on Waiting to send. A delivery code, a package scan at the door or the load check needs signal.
- Why does it ask for my location? When your company uses it, the app shares your phone’s location while a route you started is out, also when the app is closed, so the office and the customers expecting you see where their delivery is, and your stops are marked arrived when you get there. It asks you first, the phone shows that it is on (a notification on Android, the location indicator on iPhone), and it stops when you finish the route or sign out. It also notes where you are when you mark a stop done, as proof. Outside your routes nothing is sent.
- “Your location is not shared for this route.” You chose Not now, or the phone does not let the app use its location. Tap Share it on the route; if the phone still says no, allow location for LastLap Driver in the phone’s settings (While using the app) and tap Share it again.
- The office does not see me moving. Some phones stop apps to save battery. On Android, let LastLap Driver run without restrictions (Settings, Apps, LastLap Driver, Battery, Unrestricted); on iPhone, keep Location Services on.
- The camera does not open. Allow the camera for LastLap Driver in the phone’s settings (Apps, LastLap Driver, Permissions on Android; Settings, LastLap Driver on iPhone).
- Navigation. Directions open in Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps: choose which on Me.
LastLap Control: common questions
- Which company am I looking at? Its name is at the top of Today. If you work for several companies, you choose one when you sign in, and change it under More, Change company.
- Alerts. Once you have signed in to LastLap Control, Last Mile alerts come to it instead of the Fleetz app. Choose which ones reach the phone under More, My alert choices.
- Planning routes stays on the Fleetz website; the app follows the day and fixes what goes wrong.
Notifications do not arrive
- Check that notifications are allowed for the app in the phone’s settings.
- Open the app once after installing it and sign in: that is when the phone is registered.
- Battery savers can hold notifications back: let the app run without restrictions.
